A cost-effective TDM pseudowire gateway designed for small-to-medium sites, offering versatile Ethernet connectivity and carrier-grade Quality of Service (QoS) for seamless legacy-to-packet migration.

Ethernet & Networking Capabilities

Physical Interfaces	Up to 3x Gigabit Ethernet (SFP/UTP) and 3x Fast Ethernet (SFP/UTP) ports
Switching Architecture	Internal bridge supporting VLAN-aware and VLAN-unaware modes (up to 4k VLANs)
Traffic Classification	IP Precedence, 802.1p, DSCP, or port-default priority
VLAN Processing	VLAN tagging, membership restriction, and Double VLAN tagging (VLAN stacking/Q-in-Q)
Traffic Engineering	Rate limiting per user/network port and per packet type; ingress/egress bandwidth control
Network Protocols	Standard IP support including ICMP (ping), ARP, next hop, and default gateway

QoS & Management Highlights

Advanced QoS Control

Features 4 priority queues (strict or weighted). Pseudowire traffic can be prioritized using dedicated VLAN IDs, ToS/DiffServ, or EXP bits for MPLS networks.

Remote Management

Configurable via Telnet, Web browser, or CLI over a dedicated management VLAN. Supports TFTP for remote software updates and configuration backups.

Fault Resilience

Automatically saves previous software versions in non-volatile memory as a backup during upgrades, ensuring rapid restoration if needed.
