May 15, 1996 — Founded in Riga by Alex Rutman, a visionary in telecommunications and technology.
2001 — Expanded operations with the launch of UAB DAN Communications in Lithuania.
2005 — Initiated strategic projects within the Estonian market.
2017 — Officially opened the DAN Communications Tallinn office in Estonia.

Baltic First: Successfully deployed the first fixed WiMAX network.

Baltic First: Implementation of a nationwide IP Telephony network.
